What is your favorite thing about your new home? Neighborhood?
I love the area and my house itself. It was the first time I moved away from my parents and I love it.
Using as many words as you'd like, how was your home buying experience with Joel?
Excellent, Joel was very helpful. He was on the ball about showing us listings that matched what we wanted. He never pressured us into anything we didn’t want. It was all about us and what we wanted.
What surprised you most about the home buying process?
I didn’t realize how much went into buying a house. My wife and I are only 21 years old so it there was a lot we didn’t know. Joel was able to help us with everything though and we are so glad we bought our home.
What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about working with Joel?
Don’t be afraid to ask him anything about buying your house. He was always willing to help us find certain things we wanted, even if it was challenging for him to find.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Being able to buy a house being only 21 years old.
What is your favorite movie?
I have way to many. A few would be Warrior, 8 mile, hacksaw ridge.
What is your greatest inspiration?
My wife!
