What is your favorite thing about your new home? Neighborhood?
I was weary of living out West because I loved living in Sandy, but I fell in love with my Townhome. I really love South Jordan. I have everything I need nearby!
Using as many words as you'd like, how was your home buying experience with Joel?
Joel was very friendly and easy to work with. He listened to what I needed and made sure he was doing what I asked of him. His assistant Haley was also a great middle man.
What surprised you most about the home buying process?
No surprises. I did appreciate Joel listening to what I felt and thought and going to bat for me with the sellers agents!
What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about working with Joel?
If you’re curious, meet with Joel and discuss your needs. Until you put in an offer, you are not under contract. Joel makes time for you when you need.
