Joel was extremely friendly and personable. He took great care of us and made sure we understood everything every step of the way. He helped us get an excellent price for our house and went as far to help us with a cleaner and an electrician. I am so happy we sold our house with Joel.

I had worked with Joel in his appraisal business. He was always thorough, accurate, on time and extremely knowledgeable. I knew I would be in good hands with him as my agent.
What will you miss most about the home that you sold?
It was our very first home we bought together
What was your biggest challenge in selling your home?
We had pets in the house and were told by some of the potential buyers the house smelled like pets. Joel had a cleaner out the next day. We were in the hospital having a baby and he went as far to have an electrician go out to the property to make a repair the buyer had asked for.
