Select Comps Like An Appraiser – Part 2 – EXIT Realty

The 2nd session (2 hours) we will actually pull comps together. You will get live feedback from peers and from an appraiser about comps. I will select 4 current listings and guide a group discussion as everyone selects comps for each property. We will then compare comps and you can see if you are in-line with your peers, and what you can do better. You will also have the opportunity to watch an appraiser select comps live, including reasoning.
This is an online class. Everyone needs to be at their computer as this is a very browser-centric course. Students who attended part 1 of this course are the only invitees to part 2.
