Using as many words as you'd like, how was your home buying experience with Joel?
It was simple. Joel followed though on all his promises and then some.
What surprised you most about the home buying process?
After the deal was closed and Joel’s job was done, I found out the day I was moving in that the A/C unit in my new home was not working in the middle of Summer. Joel went to bat for me to get the seller to pay for the repair and then even got me a home warranty that was not previously negotiated for.
What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about working with Joel?
Knowledgeable and responsive professional that will go above and beyond the call of duty for his clients
